Ball Cup Moulding
Every ball cup is moulded to give the leather durability, water proofing & above all prevents the ball loosing shape. |

Weight accuracy
Each & every ball is measured with accurate weighing machine.
The weight ranges from 156-159 gms. |

Machine decorative stitching
The seam of the balls are stitched by special heavy duty machines with a very strong nylon thread.
The stitches are very close to each other and provides a much better feel to the bowler. |

Ring passing test
Each Ball is passed through the Diamond Ring which has a Diameter of 71 mm on both sides.
Balls are tested through this ring so that ball is exactly in the same shape & size which international standards required |

Final ball shining
Ball is buffed on special temperature. Buffing is done to give shine on the chemicals sprayed.
