Spanning 41.5 m × 14.4 m of green‑and‑beige synthetic grass with both senior and junior markings, the build features a spring‑loaded, tensioned perimeter cage, internal retractable lane nets, rear retractable nets for throw‑downs or bowling‑machine work, rubber underlay for bowler comfort, and black‑and‑white sideways retractable sight screens.

This purpose‑built space gives players year‑round, pro‑level training while showcasing how Gabba can turn any shell into a state‑of‑the‑art cricket facility.
